disappointed at an A?

Yup. Under the circumstances, I could easily of got an A*, but the school kind of buggered it for me. Of course, I'm happy with an A, but I could have done a lot better.

Mathematics: B
English Language: B
Science Core: B
English Literature: C
Business Communication & Systems: A
Media Studies: B
Food Technology: B
Drama: B
R.E: A
B-TEC PE: A*A*
A.L.A.N: B

So in total I got 2A*s,2As,7Bs and 1C! - I am very chuft with these grades, I was only predicted 4Bs,4Cs and 4Ds at the beginning of YR11,I think all my hard-work paid off after-all !
But I am kind off annoyed with Mathematics,I was expecting an "A" and got a "B" ! But for most off the exams I did I didn't have time to fully finish the paper & missed questions so overall I think ive done quite well!, also English Lit - I had like 2weeks to learn everything so im pretty chuft with that!

After 310 hours of revision i'd have expected more?

Took my Maths GCSE a year early and got an A, it's a long story - but I'm disappointed.

I did the same when i was in year 10 back in the day. Was 4 marks off the A* lol. Was well pissed because I knew I easily had it in me. Oh well, went on to set the still unbeaten raw score record for maths at my school in Year 11 .

I know man! I "7Bs", most of them are basically C/D boardline targeted subjects that went up to "B"s because of revision! I wish some off them "B"s changed to As! But like for a few subjects I was only a few marks away from a "A"! But at least its better then getting 4Bs,4Cs and 4Ds what I was predicted at the start of the year !

Im annoyed with my Maths,Drama & Food technology result!

Best thing to do now is look into the future and study hard at AS-level,no more FCUKING about LOL!

lol true, but youll still get some in even though all they did every year was mess around yet still managed to get good grades. I hate it when that happens :/
