Surely having won the most gold medals makes him the greatest of all time.

I can't believe he was in London during the party earlier, I should have gone!

the corwd were more interested in the red arrows than him and im not surprised. Had he been british then yes, bring him here to have a quick chat but not an american whom we only know because he was aiming for what he got.

I doubt you know what the crowd were more interested in. I was more interested in Phelps than the Red Arrows. Fair enough, he's American, but he's a legend and I'm glad he actually decided to come to London to talk for just a minute or two. The British athletes actually live in the UK, so we can hear from them any time, but talking to Phelps is a much rarer opportunity.

But like I said, he has been on TV enough in interviews, simply looking for him on YouTube gives you a bleeding in-depth interview with him from all the times he was on YankTV
    y'wha?

Seeing him today in London was the first time I've heard the guy speak. I haven't seen any interviews with him. I understand the BBC were only allowed to ask him one question during the Olympics as well, they never talked to him after he had finished his events like they did with Ryan Lochte and everyone else. Everyones talking about him but to my understanding he hasn't talked about himself much.

i know what youre on about. It was about the ending of the games wasnt it?

and i know what the crowd were more interested in because they could hear them coming and were cheering. hardly even looking at him.
