Habbos were invited to submit designs for the new Rare Communications website, the designs were then rated and short listed by the Habbo community and the final three went on to pitch their designs to a panel of judges including Doug Richards, former Dragon’s Den judge and Louise Drabwell, Rare Communications Managing Director.

No, it wasn't Habbo US. I remember the competition on Habbo UK's home page ages ago. The website (rarecommunications) made an error putting Habbo.com
