Well I keep trying.. I've boosted my post count over 1 day from 41 to 141 or whatever it is now.. plus i've reported at least 20 posts today.

It's not the quantity of posts that counts, but the quality.

If Alex, or lAscend feels you are suitable for the moderation team, they will hire you. However, You have to report a lot, be active ect.
