    Eh, every time i've been on the site in the past two weeks, it's live support has been offline.

    Wow, definatley #1 for customer service. :rolleyes:

    Live chat isn't 24/7.

    When I am away from my computer I can check messages on my mobile device. If the problem requires a computer, I can boot up my laptop and sort it out. Unfortunately, I can't run the Live Chat via the mobile device.

    It is online most of the time, though.

    I must disagree. When we were a smaller company, we were looking to get a VPS from Tech-Hosts and after asking questions (which were relevant to the server) I was told to "stop asking questions". I can assure you that a Mr-Host.com representative wouldn't say that.

    I haven't spammed a thread, just commented on it. :@ If commenting on a competitors thread is against the rules, let me know.

    I want you to use our service before saying how bad it is. Just because you like tech-hosts, it doesnt mean our service is bad.

    Yes it was an accident and I have rectified it now.
