Whenever we get time (usually a Sunday) around the tenth? So I'd say the Sunday after the 10th.
Not a specific date though really.
Doubt everything, even this.

Lol, he's getting them out at this time? We get ours out about 11 in the morning lol. Takes all day to put them up.
