You can get those modifed dishes that pick up signals from other countries, that's how you get people putting up football streams on the net .

Yeah I know you can just get a dish if you're in Spain like Hitman and point it at Hotbird or Astra 28.2E (Skys sattelites) but the channels are encrypted with Nagravision 3. Or so I thought.

No idea, it's all paid for like normal sky and uses Sky cards with the boxes... There are a few services here that do it. I think the service sets up a subscription in the UK then beams it back to Spain because when local weather is on it's from the south of England.
