nahh, the mortgages banks are giving out are all good atm. They need people to buy houses, take out loans and not save, mainly so they can survive. Now is the time to buy a house

Thats why so many people are in the hole in America. You have penalties if you pay off your mortgage early too.

Ah, we don't get that so much over here. I think they just want the money back as quick as possible. We had a really amazing Financial Adviser for the move too, saved us a lot.
