He'll go for about that much anyway. Everyone knows that you double their actual worth if they're English, add £3m to that if they're U21, and add a further £5m if they play for a top four club. Only two of those are applicable to Downing, but a good £12m should be coming to Boro, which is alot of money for Championship. Most of it will go to coverring wages though, I'm afraid.
