Be polite, articulate and brief. Its a bit difficult if we don't know the category. You could say 'this is the best thing that's happened to me since 9 pm last night!'

haha i won best attendance once in high school and i wasn't there.

ok, basically we have an award ceremony tomorrow. i have been told i am nominated for an award; whether i've won or not i do not know. i have been told i should be there - whether that's a hint, god knows.

anyway if you win you have to say a few words LOL
