    just extract the iso file like someone above said but I can't be bothered to look up and confirm who.

    then run setup.exe. It will reboot 4-5 times and then you have to re enter your product key. Which you can get from here: http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=611980

    To upgrade it you just download the same version you have if that be x64 or x86 and un-rar the ISO file and lauch the setup.exe file and it will start up the installer just select 'Upgrade' and it will upgrade and keep all of your files, programmes and setting just make sure you click upgrade and not custom.
