Is the provisional age limit going to be stepped up?

im applyin for my provesional at the end of the yr ready for when i turn 17 in jan.

nah, I just did a lot of driving with my dad/uncle. I used to drive farm vehicles and vans around the work yard so I had a basic level of competence behind the wheel. was more like a month and a half- a bit more, ish.. less than 2 months anyway.
