A year and a half ago I drank like 2Literes of coke a day, so i decided to quit it and just drink water. I managed to drink nothing but water for a whole year (no milk, fruit juice, alcohol or nothing, although it could have been in food form) then in November I had coke. I'm no longer addicted to fizzy drinks. You don't have to believe me if you don't want to because I know I wouldn't. I am going to go another year without fizzy drinks starting Monday, wish me luck, (Although this team alcohol will be an exception at weekends).
You should try stay off them like your doing, you feel so much better and just generally healthy everyday (as long as you don't eat crap food).

yeah my drinking of crap is a major contributer to why i feel so crap and tried most of the time so i think i will start this. Tea is a major downfall though haha i can mange it alright when im on sport tours like i went to barbados and drunk only water and alcohol for a sports tour
I only ever drink water or fruit juice.
Alcohol maybe twice a week. Going to be cutting down on the alcohol starting monday![]()
