Part of the problem with the free layout as it was a quick solution to separate Hx and Hxl after some numpty decided they should be horribly merged together to form some sort of frankenwebsite that is essentially the same website but operates as two different websites on habbox.com.

Unfortunatly it hasn't seen much love in terms of site design or w/e since then though jess does make some awesome seasonal updates to the site. Currently there are no official plans to change anything atm (due to the full on nature of the Q1-2 updates recently announced). All we have at the moment is "Do something with Habboxlive" with no real specifics.

why dont you just actually merge habboxlive into habbox completely, like clubhabbo have theres merged with main site, would be so much more simpler....So it would be "Your listening to habbox.com" instead of habboxlive.com and it would just be radio dj and radio manager ect, soooooooo much more simpler, i dont understand why you run it as a complete diffrent site when you could just run it as one big OFFICAL habbo fansite.

Surly merging them would result in better competitions too? Instead of having two different departments, have one? Seems pointless.

There was a competition for the site and I think Yonder won it along with a years vip and like a throne or something but I can't remember exactly the prize.

More likely they got vip free, happened in my case anyway.
