As Oli has said, I am against the idea of a subforum for this. I hate the idea of splitting stuff up over some trivial matters. If there is a real solid distinction then fair enough, but creating such a forum seems so pointless. Additionally, I do not support the idea of implementing a specific rule for this. Later this evening, Oli and I are intending to go over all of the rules and hopefully implement some considerable changes. One of our intentions in doing this is to cut back on the bureaucracy that has taken over Habbox. There are too many rules and they are all too imposing.

Nevertheless, I understand your frustration when it comes to this. I also agree that really, it is pointless just posting a link to a site that merely has a maintenance page. Therefore, perhaps I could have the (Super) Moderators - at their discretion - choose to PM members, asking them to supply previews or some real substance to these threads or they will be closed.
