    but yeah once our DT lab got broken into and they took the overhead projector but left like the thousands of pounds worth of easily sellable power tools :/

    Hence the reason we get knowledge from windows aswell as macs.

    We also have enough computers to each one of the students if everyone wanted one in that time.

    that's a good idea i would of loved to use a MAC when i was at school.

    The Macs at my uni allow you to choose which OS (OSX or Vista) you want on start-up

    We had a Mac room at our school and it wasn't hooked up to the main school sever so to speak. All work saved in that room could only be accessed in that room. Pathetic tech staff.

    I imagine this is similar.
