Why is the filter made for 11 year olds?

It's not sensible at all, the fact the filter got changed was because 11 year old kids crying why wasn't the thread made at the time telling them to leave? :rolleyes:

@Scottish - just because Habbo does it doesn't really mean that the management here have to. As I said previously 90% of the members don't seem to have a problem with it and post quite happily. Why do it just for the sake of it and there is an option to keep the filter on there which isn't an option here. Also it wasn't just because of one thread - it's a bit unfair for members to keep saying this.

And habbox isn't asking him to leave either :S Last time I checked I wasn't representing habbox. I'm simply suggesting if he doesn't like the service he should go elsewhere like you would with any other service.

Yes I don't think you could do it without a hack as has been mentioned before though which I believe is not an option here because of security reasons. @Alex, yes I guess that's true as you don't speak on behalf of Habbox but obviously Scott was offended by it and I would be to.

I think FlyingJesus makes an excellent point in regards to the ability to turn the filter off, as has been said many times if we turn the filter off people will abuse it, so if its an option to turn it off all the people who dont turn it off will see is aload of asterisks.

As I've said before in this thread, there have been many attempts to get the filter lifted or optional in the past and none have been successful.

So I really don't see why you are still arguing about it tbh.

Nope, there is a plugin on vb.org, I gave KissHabbo it and they have implemented it.

Seems stupid considering Jin has more exp then anyone else and could deem it as a risk or not, heck vbulletin.org would do so themselfs.
