Three Addons

HxF has something that no other fansite does. With all due respect to all other official fansites, their sports forums are crap. It's something that can be built on and I think the 3rd add on would be really nice touch. It would make it more fun for newer members who have an interest in sport to get involved also. I really think HxF can build on making the sports forum (a very good forum) bigger and better. Sure it would only please the minority but this minority, generally speaking, are older members who have done a fair bit for Habbox. I know it won't help or enhance the visit to Habbox of many users but I'm all for it

I have installed a demo which you can see

Register and try it.

You can select which leagues you want in admincp.

Btw it took less than 5 minutes to install.

But seriously are you mad? How can management POSSIBLY even suggest rejecting option 3. That would the the BEST feature this forum has had in a LONG time. I would LOVE to have that third one. What leagues can you choose to bet on Saurav?? I would generally adore it. +Rep Saurav, and as I think it was Jake who said it, new members, imo, would love this sort of thing if they have an interest in sport. You could give a month of vip or something for whoever has the most points each month. Please please please please bring in the third addon

EDIT: Seen now about the leagues. I am all for it as long as we, during the english football season, can have league 2, 1 and championship? After all now all fans support Manchester United (well most do but anyway).

Also I can see it being very popular in the world cup, even people who are not mad football fans would like it I think.

It has pretty much all of them. I have managed to persuade them (after a lot of begging and being hated by them now (H)) to reconsider it. However if they do it, it will only be for the World Cup.

To be honest, I think hey are being pathetic saying 'it will be 100% definite that it will only be for the world cup'.. That's stupid - it's hardly a terrorist threat if e have it for longer..

And to whatever *REMOVED* in the other thread that said about if you are real football fans then surely you could organise this in a thread, don't be so dumb. Clearly people don't realise there are like 46 odd games a week, that would be havoc..

Doing it in a thread is no way possible. It would involved 960 calculations just for the group stages if only 20 members enter.

The football add-on will be used for a World Cup Competition, and it will only use the World Cup games. It will then be uninstalled after the world cup and myself and General Management have many reasons for this, if you'd like to read the two dedicated threads to this add-on you will see them.

We will be adding it for the World Cup, however it will be going after and this is non-negotiable.
