The times that I've rarely seen covered by a member of radio management unless it's Gemma on a weekend or weekday holiday is from like 2/3ish am- 7/8 am UK time.

This is your opinion but in my view totally unfair and unjustified considering that the majority of the forum are well behaved which doesn't actually equate to them being fake or 'bumlicking' as you call it.

    of course you would disagree
I have loads of staff on msn and they don't act like they do on the forum, which is my opinion is fake, but i dont blame them tho, they have to in order to keep their jobs ( i would probs do the same if i had a job init cus u have to). Im sure you do it to from the things I've heard

I don't believe lots of staff have been fired due to pointless posting. If staff wish to break the rules then they should expect to be punished in whatever way is necessary. We don't like firing staff a lot of the times but if they don't behave or listen to the warnings they get sent then action has to be taken.

Well. whatever you have heard - I don't. Perhaps you should listen to less gossip and ask me directly I have always spoken my mind, sometimes maybe too much, which is probably why I was fired in the past. Probably in private rather than on the public forum though. I agree with Matt on this - I am sure nobody likes firing anybody.

I'm sure Gemma does do a lot of UK night time as well because she was like my bezzie when I used to be an insomniac Habbo addict innit. Hi Gems

Habboxlive is the biggest department. With about 40 people if it hard to manage. With half international it makes sence that there is someone in management to be there at those times.
    Hi

    Wow, it's been a while.

I assure you that I am lenient enough as it is. A couple of those fired recently, were admittedly, fired earlier than a lot of staff would have been. This is because I allowed them to be hired when they didn't have perfect records in the first place - something that didn't happen so often in the past. So I am lenient, but if I am to be lenient I also expect people to respect me by showing me that the trust I placed in them was not put in them wrongly.

Besides, with respect you do not know the full scale of the situation and therefore have no real idea of the reason behind a lot of the decisions that have been made.
