According to BBC News joe cole inst playing. lennon will be replaced by Milner and Heskey will be replaced by Defoe. I recon put rooney up alone and put defoe just bhenind as more of a attacking midfeild. long balls and not having strikers running back.

I dunno how far we can blame Capello for this. Everyone is saying he is managing the team poorly but England played so well in the build up to the World Cup - so what's changed? I think ultimately it's the players and disunity within the team, for whatever reason. Obviously Capello has to do something to try and improve things but I think a lot of that burden rests with the individual players.

I am predicting 2 - 0 England. I think the players will realise this is it and put everything into it. I will be devastated if they don't.
