    How is the staffing going to work? I'm guessing the best way would be regionally (ex: 1 in North America, 1 in Europe, 1 in Asia, or something like that)? If so I'm interested if you're hiring.

    For now I think you should only bother supporting the country where you're based until there becomes a large enough need for support in other countries.

    I feel the need to support other countrys due to the size of them, I mean its all automated its just the traffic i will be dealing with other than that theres nothing else manual in that sense.

    Why would you concentrate on your country, this being UK. You think there is EUROPE and USA missed out, thats say 60% of the custom you will be getting. Stick to what you have planned dude.

    Because alot of our custom is other than UK. looking at the chart we have about 30% of our customers from UK (WHICH IS WHERE IM BASED) and the others are at different values although US is 45 which is pretty big. Thus we struggle to make profit otherwise.

    I see where you coming from but offering support can be costly for a start up company, personally I wouldn't offer full support to anywhere but the uk, but then again I have no idea on your funding so if you can afford to offer it then go for it
