You need 55 magic for high alchemy and you need nature runes and fire runes..

Alchemy Is Exchanging your Items For Gold..

High Alchemy [Often Said as high alch] Exchanges your item for more gold [Level 50 Magic]
Low Alchemy [Often Said as low alch] Exchanges your item for less gold [Level 21 Magic]
