If I were leaving for good and not coming back, I think I would donate it to random people. Friends or not I'd probably do a giveaway.

I've kept most of my furniture and rooms due to the fact some of the rooms took weeks to make, and secondly I can't be bothered to trade things away, although I did give the last few people I got on with some bits and bobs

probably just leave the account, I havent got much furni on it anyway. Last time I left I got hacked so yknow.
