Oh I do believe you when you say you are looking into it David I'm just not sure if you will find a way to sort it out.
It's been quite some time since then. Any how, everyone knows the procedure. If you catch HxHD staff inactive PM HotelUser and RNB.Queen with proof (screenshots) and we will deal with it. However, if it's HxHD management themselves being inactive, drop a PM to Nixt and in that case he will deal with it.

I do admit it was shocking that no one listened to him in the first place but carried on talking about some other business. They should keep a look out for anyone asking questions and try their best to help them. It is a problem and I do know HxHD Management are trying to sort it, trust me I've seen the thread.

I even asked on skype in regards of the question, but I won't go there!

I didn't say you were incapable I'm merely expressing that with the way it is at the moment it's gonna be a hard thing to do, staff seem to go in there with a priority of socialising and I think you're gonna find that hard to change

The mere fact that staff are now socializing more in the room is an improvement in that regard compared to the lack of communication between visitors and staffmembers we used to face. I remember in years past especially, an anti-social staffmember problem was certainly prevalent.

That being said, staff socializing has somewhat consumed priority over helping users, hasn't it? I don't think fixing it's necessarily going to be as difficult as you're portraying it to be--it's just something that's going to be tricky to fix over night.

No, you said you saw it when I asked it. No one replied for ages till the GM pointed it out, and you just said "I saw it (but cba answering it)".
    Your argument is flawed.

Yes, this is true. HOWEVER, I don't think anyone was saying socialising was a problem as long as the person is helped effectively, which didn't seem to be the case. Glad this issue has been looked into and it'll give Habbox a worser image if we are unable to respond to help in an effective and professional manner, that has been the case in years past.

Pretty sure they said less than a year ago that long bans wouldn't happen, it was like a week max or something.

I'm going to take something a step further here. Sometimes I feel that public is "second best". I'm not going into it but this morning no one answered a question and there were about 4 people who came and quite simply left because they did not get an answer for the exception of the fourth, and in my honest opinion, the only reason they stayed for a bit longer was because I did try to help out and see what was wrong. This situation was repeated later this afternoon in the sense that it took ages for members of staff to even respond.

So what does this all mean? More discussion within the community. I'm going to be honest and say that I really don't want to hear that someone's pixel is looking mighty fine, I'd much rather see the staff discussing and talking with other Habbos. Take this afternoon for example: a lass from Norway came in earlier, I think one member of staff talked to her and answered her with a one worded answer. She also just wanted to talk and I did start talking to her for a bit and so did a few other members of the community. Staff should be doing this also, OK so staff should be allowed to talk. I personally think that a group of 5 talking is better than just X and Y (no, not like that...).

I'm not going to change my opinion on this matter because some people feel like when I write something strongly I'm just a "pushover" because some people can win me over with what they have said, the only reason for this is because, they're right. This, however, I have felt ever so strongly about for the past 3 weeks, if not longer, and something needs to be done, drastically- not just a reminder (not saying that's what is happening) to be honest.
