Hmm, I suspect they're changing it for their staff, not new users. As we all know, the current Habbo staff are as thick as pig poo, so they no doubt get confused when the word Bobba comes up. Bless 'em. Hopefully Habbo will be thrown into the dark ages, it's such a dreadful company.
