Maze Previews (wired and non wired)

Completed the non-wired (thanks for the trophy ) and have got to the 3rd room in the wired maze. 2nd room was very clever and took me a while to figure out.

I think in the 3rd room you have to open the white gate inside the freeze gate to get a helmet? I tried heading towards the igloo etc. but it's a dead end. Also been to the bear but can't get anything from his clue. Even tried "Bring It On" in reference to the information on the sticky. I understand what the timer does etc. but I still have no idea where to go from the Bear. Zoomed out and had a look at the wired and it seems as though I have to figure out a keyword whilst sat on the bear. As of yet, I haven't figured it out :@
