I think it all depends on your location as to what badge you get(?)

My mate who got the Jack in the box badge, shows it as having the Trollface badge on his profile and infobox on my screen. However from incognito mode on a clone i did the same check and it showed the jack in the box badge

Argh, my troll face badge was replaced with a jack in the box, I assume every1's was. Guess Habbo's prank wasnt just false hope on a decent badge, but also the quest
