Jermain Defoe has returned back to England following the death of his father.

No replacement has been called up and Defoe is likely to re-join up with the squad at a later date.

He wasn't going to play much anyway, but he is a decent striker to bring on as a sub if needed.

Was gonna say, always seen Defoe as more of an impact sub.

Although, first two games will be Welbeck and Carroll up front................................ lol

I reckon it will be Welbeck with Young just behind against France & if it doesn't seem to be working then bring Carroll on

I've set up one with the Sun... I have included Lescott and Walcott in my team.

Lescott i reckon will start in defence with John Terry, and could score from corners or free kicks ...

Walcott if he plays is always in with a chance of scoring a goal or two.
