Minus the post what your listening to, the others topics mean you have to wait some time to post. Like the tv one or the what time did you wake up. This you could literally team up with someone and constantly spam images.

I personally would like a one post per page (Default posts per page) or one post per 24 hours (Whichever is sooner) limit on "post your" threads unless the posts directly involve discussion, particularly the ones which get a lot of traffic such as listening and watching. It's basically the same unspoken rule which the technology forum has.

If your life stops based on a thread being in a specific forum then that's perhaps something you should look into.



It says don't post unless you're posting a picture

You can reply with a comment or even take part in a discussion with others in the thread as long as your post contains a picture



This has the opportunity to generate a conversation as well.

I'm fairly sure 99% of the 'Post what you're listening to' users don't even look at posts and just instantly post to get +1

It's no more pointless than any other 'post you...' threads especially ones like post what you're currently wearing, lol.

I post in the 'Post what you're listening to' thread and also read through it to see what others listen to. There was a huge thread about this before where various other members also agreed

If anyone's tragic enough to pair up with someone else to increase their post count, I will genuinely be shocked.
