How did you manage to check your request if you're banned? I can't log into the help tool... I just have to reply to the email, but haven't got anything back :S

I haven't received this, yet today I'm looking after another house and it's giving me the Account Lock notification; yet I can still get on the client? Is that supposed to happen?... I think they need to check for these types of things.
Yes, you can still get on the client but you'll be unable to trade / drop furni in group rooms / buy new furni. The unlock email isn't coming through for me... been waiting about 2 weeks now.
