my nintendo boo hat. I bought it when i was 5. im 14 now still as white as a ghost. and really fluffy! Its still too big, but i love it.
oops, thats my oldest one, my most worn out one... my scout shirt form 2008. Its got holes in it, and torn sleeves, and its grey... not green. too many campfires!

i'm not sure, i don't really wear out my clothing. the only thing i'd imagine would be my pair of jeggings as they're quite faded at the knees as are all my jeans. i don't really wear them too often unless i'm being super lazy i suppose!

I don't keep anything old, I go through my wardrobe every season and fling out what I don't need/want/too old/damaged.
The most worn out thing I currently have is... trainers? they're brand new but six years old?

I know they're not worn out but it's my oldest item. everything else I have is at most a year old?

Mine would be my cargo trousers at the moment, I haven't worn them much but some how they've become ripped. Also, my other jeans and black trousers.

I always wear my jeans out, my last pair wore out at the top of my thighs aha but ofc I don't wear them anymore

I tend to keep clothes from years ago and wear it again differently so I don't know what's the oldest worn out piece
