I have set myself a personal task of learning all the world capitals. I'm learning them in alphabetical order so today I learned all the countries capitals starting with A.

That sleeping makes no sense; I can sleep for 1 hour and feel totally refreshed upon waking, but sleep for a few hours and I wake up even more tired than when I first went to sleep!?

that maybe i should let people go if they're no good for me. i mean, i always think i've known to do it but i've been useless at it. now i'm doing it more often i'm finding out how good it feels to be rid of the people that only bring bad to me.
