I don't want to be negative towards jade because this isn't her fault whatsoever but I am surprised she was chosen. I think there are longer-serving and better candidates who deserved it a whole lot more. Some of the things I've heard, and even some things I've seen, actually make me a little bit worried for the future now.

On the other hand, thanks for your work Mike, I know you worked hard and everything, and I know you were dedicated. I never felt like you particularly liked me or anything but I really respected what you did (apart from when you made silly decisions ok). I've always thought you'd do a great job as staff AGM, because Alex said, you're not always a people-pleaser, but you still deserved the role and made some fantastic decisions. You will be missed, and you've definitely left a legacy.

and why didn't you go through the right methods to get this sorted out? Why leave it until now to bring it out the dark? Maybe you did say things, I don't know if you did or not; but if you didn't, then your point is kind of invalid as that would've most likely taken a part in the decision? Again, I could be wrong.

Thank you for everything Mike, you've been a wonderful AGM, and ever since I handed over the baton to you in 2011 you've done me and Habbox proud. Asides from being a great AGM you are also a great friend, and I've got to meet you three times now! I know we will still keep in contact and talk in our cardiff chat on skype

Then let that be your reputation. If you want to complain about something (that's complaining in the complaints forum or via PM etc. I should add) then so be it. It doesn't make you a whiner, it makes you someone who has been affected by something and has needed to make a complaint about it.
