He sort of did. He hit someone with his car a few months back and didn't stop. It may have been a paparazzi but still, you do not drive into someone. He shouldn't be driving really. Didn't he get in trouble in the UAE for something similar? Over there they take crime seriously, but somehow the dangerous child was let loose to plague America once more.
