According to the state-funded BBC, around a fifth of Britons wouldn't attend a gay wedding if they were invited: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-26785758

I wonder if they'd dare to do the same outside a central London mosque?

Something tells me not, instead the gay lobby would rather pester & hound OAPs and B&B owners who only want to mind their own business.

If this was a debate purely on scripture, then you're probably right. But as we know, an entire religion isn't dictated or moved purely by scripture.

For Islamic attitudes on homosexuality in Britain, see the following links:

It shows that British Muslims hold more conservative opinions towards homosexual acts, abortion, viewing pornography, suicide and sex outside marriage than European Muslims, polling markedly lower when asked if they believed these things were morally acceptable.

The most dramatic contrast was found in attitudes towards homosexuality. None of the 500 British Muslims interviewed believed that homosexual acts were morally acceptable. 1,001 non-Muslim Britons were interviewed.

    Islam isn't gay. At all.

Good heavens, a religious group stating their religious beliefs. That has absolutely no bearing on whether they think it should be legal or not, any more than a poll of people saying that picking your nose in public is morally wrong means that everyone thinks it should be made illegal

Of course! All muslims in Britain must be undercover libertarians then! How could I miss that?
