I don't think it's elites, considering it maybe but not moving it, you haven't made alot as you've just placed lots of things together, there is alot of room for improvement, like making the girl face the right way, or the 'pet' detective's arm more loose and realistic, you could also make the purse alot smaller. I do like it alot though, I don't see any bad mistakes, +Rep.
