Well im skeptical, to me, it looks real. But the noise it makes when she turns round, i think thats special effects. And if it was real what would be the point in using special effects om sound?

That's definately either Italian or Spanish. I'm pretty sure it's Italian though because I'm fluent in Spanish and don't really recognise the words!
