Oh and these are the items not in the bank.. I normally just wear these when doing skills like fishing, woodcutting etc.

Start a rares shop and sell for at least .1 profit each time. Some people over pay to be nice. I started with a few club sofas, managed to get 6 thrones worth, then sold for rune.
