Repackaged - he debuted as a British team mate to Regal, then was repackaged as the pirate, then repackaged as "The Ripper", but they decided to job him out and kill the first push of his gimmick.

I will always remember seeing Burchill at an indy event here in the UK before he signed with the WWE in 2004, the summer it was. After I saw his match I remember saying that I think he's going to land a deal with the WWE, I just could sense it. Low and behold, he did in November of that very year.
