Can I state again that that is not a typo? It is simply the Hobba application form, but it has not been changed. Not a typo. The criteria mentions 3 months instead of 6... is that a typo too? OMGZ! No, it's the hobba criteria that hasn't been changed.

I'v had 2, 30 mintue bans from when i was a n00b
So I PROBABLY don't fit the criteria on my acount

You can't get 30 minute bans. Minimum ban is 2 hours, and is the only ban a Hobba can give. They can then contact a Moderator to extend the ban, but there are no bans shorter than 2 hours.
