Well, unlike most members I don't hold out when rating other peoples work, if it's rubbish, I'll tell them it's rubbish but also tell them corrections they can make to improve it.

If it's good, I'll be nice and rate nicely.

And if it's just a plain mess, I'll kick them. >: )
