You could see that both teams that won, had practiced and not was standing the theatredome going... "Who wants to be in my team?" that just shows that you haven't organised it enough. Anyway i think i put my point accross that it infact is only an event, if you want to take part, come join in. But dont moan if you haven't botherd to look in!
    Dan,

I am a bit misunderstood if you are talking in direct to my posts or not. If you are then you need to re-read them.

Your not realy bothered about what? That people are complaining about you winning?

And a few people did suggest that yes, thats expected, however you were not the only group who spent days organising it aswell. You were just one of the "lucky" groups to be chosen to go onto the stage. When you read my posts you'll notice when us namely "Un-well known" habbo's went to play we were automatically dismissed because no one bothered to moderate it. If people went on to the stage when you did your dance I'm 110% certain they would have been kicked either by the 10 other Hobba's or Mod's in the room or by Mizki herself.

Either way, it was an event, our group attempted to take part or "join in" and it went awful because of the organisation of the event itself. They should have asked who was in our team before we went up! Isn't that just commen sense instead of assuming who's in a team?

Your group was NOT the only group who spent many days to organise a dance, so many other habbo's did and didn't even get a chance to get into the room let alone the stage!

However, out of the "lucky" selected 4-5 groups that went up, the 2 winning groups were probably the best there, and seeing as the competition was about dance they were both the obvious winners.

If your post was not directed to me please ignore some of my post.

    Best Regards,

    - James

I don't think it was fixed. Yeah i was in a winning team, i doubt any of you have even HEARD of me, Zonric or Wackykat_01. To be honest, I think your a tiny bit jealous. I mean, who really cares about it. If your one of those who are at the computer all day, not moving at all. Go look outside for once, please. Its sad all you can do is critisize a competition that "popular" people will win. Theres nothing wrong with a harmless competition, and people who win may be on council, be a hobba, or related to one. So what? Are you saying it should be people called !.;x;.BwAbY.;x;.! should win all the time? I doubt it. Your just jealous about it.

    Thumbs up

Firstly, I would like to say, me and the rest of my team worked hard to think of a good, simple, but affective dance. And we managed it. We were really proud and happy that we got through.
Zonric actually persuaded me to come back to habbo, as I hadnt actually been on for a few months, then the "Trance Dance" came along.
Secondly, I would NOT class my self as any different to any of you.
I dont think Im "Popular" or anything like that.
But what I do think, is if YOU had won, you wouldnt be saying all this

All I can bring it down to, is what Olam previously said,

Can I just say to Dan, the purpose of this thread wasn't to point out the winners are famous, I just posted the names. Because some people may not know the winners, I mentioned who they are, like your on council etc. If I wanted to be some jealous stuck-up kid I would post a rant, but I think fair-do's, you were great! Also, i'm great friends with Olam, FarmerJiles and i'm fond of Mizki as i've known her for yonks. Why would i dis-respect my friends? Good luck in the final on Saturday.

Please, if you're going to get jealous and pathetic at least do it with a little dignity. Whenever anyone wins anything, unless they've never been heard of EVER, people say it's favourtism. Geez...

I pity Habbo sometimes, they have such jealous children to deal with. And why be jealous? It's just a bit of fun. You think I really cared about winning? Hell, I didn't even want to do it!
Yes it is "a bit of fun" however you seem to be pretty into the competition.

You're calling pressing a few buttons to make a character move "Choreography"??? and no i was not there. I did not even try to get in.

Hobbas etc have already won being hobbas so they don't need to win anything else (if that doesn't make sense- i apologise!). It's a fact, forgive me if i'm wrong, that hobbas and other "well known" habbos are often looked at more. In that case have a better chance of winning.

    (I'm not sourgrapes)

On another note, if i were in a team- i would have been Jellicle Cats

Edit: On reading the posted ones- maybe i am wrong. I just dont want to be critasized!!!

People say, dont live habbo but play it. I think i play habbo but when you have people on here slagging you off for winning, basically "cheating" because of your name, it annoys you. Try looking at it both points of views. I have and i know some people didnt get on stage, but the people tha got on stage was the people that stayed with their groups, and that was organised. However you think its organised, thats personally NOTHING down to any of the teams that took part!

To be honest that was one of the worst arguments I have ever read. You tried to put your point across, which wasnt really there, and put in comments like "Im not sourgrapes" If youre not against it, but youre arguing for the against side, what are you?

I never said it was anything to do with the teams! I was just commenting about how unorganised it was. I don't recall saying "IT WAS SO DISORGANISED I CANT BELIEVE IT WE WERE DISQUALIFIED ITS THE WINNERS FAULT ARARARRR".

I can understand it can annoy you, my comments if you read my posts were simply that it is expected. Problem is Dan, you state those who got on stage were those who were organised and stayed with their groups.. quite true! And thats just as what our group did, because of the poor moderation and organisation 3 other people got on aswell.

The thread title is "Winners of the Dance Competition" and I was commenting on the fact that our group was destroyed due to the dis-organisation of the event, aswell as mentioning the fact that people have a reason to say such comments even though you may not deserve them. People went through the frustrations of missing half their team mates, or not getting on stage at all.. Quite lucky for those Habbo X and Hobba's as they don't have the problems with Room Full errors. But thats a completely different matter which I am NOT going to get into because they deserve those powers blah blah.

My rant isn't at you, out of those who actually went on stage your group was probably the best.

    Bets Regards,

    - James
