Player owned house [Own your own house :o]

They're not coming out with houses, unless it's just a skill in which you build an NPC a house and you don't revisit it. It would be nothing like habbo. The reason being why you could not have your own house is it completly enables you to drop trade. Also a bunch of noobs (probably both men, and ones 40+) will be cybering. The things you hear are rumours. Like I said if there is houses it wont be what you're expecting it to be ...

I think it will be like farming. You can only see your house but then theres a problem. Noone can come to your house.. So i wonder how JaGex/Runescape will fix this...
The reason i think it will be so that only you can see your own house is because just think how packed RuneScape will get if about 90,000 people are trying to build there house on Runescape... There will be no room left in Runescape really...

Where?

I think it will be like farming again. There are certain bits of land you can build your house on. So there can be for example Small, Medium and Large patches of land you can build your house on.

How?

• Items i think you will need:
• Planks
• Tiles
• Nails
• Glass (For windows)
• Clay (Maybe to make bricks?)
• A knife (Maybe for making different planks via the fletching skill. Making yew, maple planks etc..)
• A Hammer

Ight To make a decent sized house u would either need like level 80 carpentry OR pay like 5 -10 mil the houses wont be for noobs they will be 80+ levels or people who have loads of money
there will be a complety new place where u could have the houses and i doubt very much u could build where u want Lmao some 1 was sayin it would get crowed u carnt put it in varock i think its a gud idea but jagex needs to get it right cuz it could go teribly Wrong
