    I have lost weight in the past 2 months since I started Rugby and especially since I've started eating less. Before I started Rugby I can fit in my jeans without having to undo them; and before I could barely fit in. But I'm still fat

    The thing you have to do is think that you're not fat. Forget that you think you're fat, and if you eat less fatty stuff and do more sport then you might get thinner and if you look at yourself after a couple of months you might think 'Woah! Is that me I'm seeing?!' My brother did that, it worked for him .
    And remember it isn't good to loose weight to quickly :p

    Oh and how did the conversation of the title travel to weight? :p

    Ciaran I know what it must feel like but dont give up! Try to balence your diet. Like science eat one of each. dont over eat too much because this with increase your matablism. Also try and go out with your friends and do stuff. It can just be walking or something but try and excercise! If you want to join a club try a more running sport than a strenth sport. That can slow it down with the diet. Running is the good sport for lowering your stomach fat. Or maybe at home try and do sit-ups or jogging. :-
    12=20 sit-ups
    13=25 sit-ups
    14=32 sit-ups
    15=36 sit-ups
    16=40 sit-ups

    I know its hard but id say to do this it would be hard but keep trying!

    Too right Ciaran...

    My cousin lost all his confidence when he put on weight a while ago, then he started rugby, and he's now playing for one of the best london clubs, and he's got all that confidence back, and lost alot of weight too.
    So keep it up Pixxell!
