Celebrities who visit Habbo are being paid for it. Any celebrity on Habbo which is officially announced is real, not "controlled" by Habbo Staff at all.

Usually when a celebrity appears on any Habbo hotel, their picture of them actually on it is posted. Gorillaz wasn't posted for obvious reasons... And with Shayne, I don't know why they havn't posted a picture of him, probably because of him being some place else and not with any Habbo Staff.

On many other Hotels such as .nl, Pink was on the site and her pictured was posted. On the .com.au hotel, a famous NBL player about to go to the NBA was on it, and he had a picture posted of him being on the site.

Habbo Staff have not faked Shayne ward as then Sulake can very easily be sued for false advertising, and I'm sure Sulake wouldn't want to lose money.
