Because they're lying most probably... I've been to alton towers about 40 times and rode Oblivion more than a human body should do. And must of seen thousands of cars drop through the shaft of doom. I've seen it break down about 20 times, but still even if they're right at the top, you'll stil ldrop down, then land in the block breaks
