Ok let me clear it up.
1) Just because he is a Manager, he will not get away with any misconduct
2) He wont be banned as he has not been proven of any misconduct, this is not possible as you are not allowed to name scammers as it were
3) He wont be banned by me anyway as I cannot ban staff

2) I am Super mod but I still am not allowed to ban staff, only the site managers can do that.
