personaly i dont see what people mean by it look 2.0, firstly becuse web 2.0 isnt really a look, but more a way of useing, much of this comes with the codeing not the visual style which can be very varied, web 2.0 things do often go for a clean type layout, but that is not what makes them web 2.0, it is the two way interactivly. For exsample this forum is "web 2.0" as opposed to the static "web 1.0"
Personly the layout looks very web 1.0 to me, a static design, theres not much room for massive ineractivty shown in it innately, the simple constrution may have conotaions of web 2.0 but theres nothing there indicateing any form of web 2.0 functonalty "/

TBH, I like this layout.
I would rate it about 8.5/10
It's clean and nice.
It's better than what I could do.
Also, we're not all equal. People are better
than others. It's just the way it goes.

My god... Everything comes together nicely. One thing you could fix however, the Content box and the box on the left are not even, if you know what i mean.
