    Default Polictically Correct Habbox Forum!

Well, seeing as we no longer want to offend anyone different at all, maybe we could employ these politically correct actions?:

    • Poor habbos can only be referred to as wealthily-challenged.
    • We should be prolonging any new years events until past chinese new year so everyone is happy.
    • We should no longer be doing events on habbo as people who don't win might be left out.
    • There should no longer be forum v.i.p. as it splits the forum into two groups.
    • No more users may be banned as they will have to be deported to other forums where they may be liable to torture, death or flaming.

Though we appreciate your opinion, some people have said that we are "required" to do this. As a member of the private sector Habbox, HabboxForum and all other related Habbox Sites retain the right to celebrate the holidays as they so wish. The things we may not do as a part of the private sector is restrict people of other religous beliefs from following the beliefs they wish to. I myself celebrate Diwali, however not that many of us on this forum do. I would say the amount of people celebrating Christmas greatly exceed those celebrating Diwali. Thus there is no point in tailoring everything towards a small group of people, because what about Maoists and people like that then?

I feel that Habbox is becoming too politically correct. Certain things will hurt feelings so we can't do those, if we do this, we must do that, for god's sake we have enough of this in the real world, we don't need it here too! Also the logistics don't work. The effort in making a good seasonilized skin is enormous, look how long it took to make this year's Christmas Skin! It just doesn't make sense to make skins for everything, we don't have the time. So they pick the biggest ones and go with those.
It costs nothing to be a good friend.

Even two Hindus (Nvr and Saurav) have said that it's pointless creating a Diwali skin as the users celebrating Christmas exceeds the users celebrating Diwali etc. Besides, you don't really have to call the Christmas skin a 'Christmas' skin at all, it could just be called a Holiday Skin, if your so damn worried about people being offended.

And btw, it is obvious that you don't care at all about people being offended, you just want to heckle habbox for no reason.

HxF just picked the most popular event at this time, because it takes time to make skins. If you really want one for your holiday/event/month, make one or have one commisioned.
If they only have time to make one skin, it makes sense to do the most popular holiday during the season. They aren't biased, they're just human. Can't please everyone.
