Last time I cried was watching Friends, TOW The Stripper Cries. They were tears of laughter. Last time I cried like sad tears was as sad as it sounds was watching Friends, TOW Princess Consuela, because the first time I saw that episode I was hit with the horrible feeling of "The Beginning Of The End Of Friends", especially when Rachel says "The job's in Paris".

After really big arguments between me and my parents, but that only happened about 3 times.
When im happy I cry, im permanently depressed, but given the right people music and day I can become happy for about 15 mins. Thats happened twice in the last few months.
